Dear All,
Thank you all for your help.
We currently own a Xerox Workcentre 7132, that has not been use for a while. We are planning start using this printer again. However, we can only print from tray 1 (not 2 or 3).
The trays are detected by windows driver. However they are immediatly disable after trying to print from them.
I am under the impression the trays were disabled at some point from the "Service Mode" menu.
I would like to know if perhaps someone can help, since I am do not know much about this.
