I have a Xerox Docucolor 4LP and I can't find a service manual. The printer tests memory, network, processor, and so forth, but on the Internal tests it stops and displays the error "Fuser Detached". I've done some preliminary poking around and can't see anything that is disconnected (It was shipped by truck, so the possibility of something shaking loose exists.).
Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone know where I can get a repair manual?
