Good afternoon XEROX Gurus....
I have a Xerox 4525N that displays the following message after restarting:
E 0002 ESS FAN
Issue started in the middle of use on one day. Not under warranty anymore. Xerox support company came and swapped out some parts, none solved the problem (swapped and tested fan, main board, and power supply.
Company has replaced the printer...but I sure hate to let this one go to waste..and part it out. I would rather put in a couple hundred and put it to work elsewhere.
