Hi All,
I realise the 4517 is an old model now (introduced 1996), but does anyone here still use them and if so understand the memory in these things. I've been playing with 16meg simms today and the printer has 2meg onboard, but I always end up with 22meg according to the config sheet. I can put in a 4meg and 16meg simm into the 2 slots and get 22meg which seems ok, but if I put 2 x 16meg simms in I also get 22meg, the printer should handle up to 64meg.
