Hi all,
I am planning to migrate user accounts from a domain environemnt windows server 2008 based terminal server into a virtualised environment, namely xenserver. If I have Citrix xenserver running on bare metal then have windows server 2008 installed on that, how will I replicate what i currently have with terminal server? It sounds like I will be going through 2 layers to get to a desktop that sits on server 2008 which is already virtualised with Citrix? So basically it looks like this >>
Xenserver> Windows server 2008 >Remote desktops.
I need to avoid looking at xendesktops for cost implications. But does the above design actually work? Is this the best way or the way it should be done? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.
