XenServer Packet Loss

Ok so I am scratching my head here and I'm hoping someone can help. I have a system running xenserver 5.6 with a few VMs on it. It has two NICs, network 0 is running fine but network 1 is dropping packets like crazy. The odd part is it will work without an issue for about 20 min, then it will just completely go nuts. The output from ifconfig is listed below. Any input would be appreciated
