XEAN Extranet Client Access Not Responding

Hi Techies,

I am new to use the Xean Extranet Client Access Tool. When the application is launched, the application goes to "Not Responding" mode. The application was working fine for few days earlier.

Can any one will be able to solve this issue.

Please note i have uninstalled, restarted and installed, but still the same issue is happening. More over when i had a look at the event viewer, i was able to find the following information in the event viewer.

"The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( ExtranetAccess ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: The service has been started., ExtranetAccess."
