I tried to copy the folder from the server with the xcopy command, I map a folder to a drive e.g. x: , I go into the dos prompt, I type the command "xcopy x:\ c:\temp /s". It worked fine at the begining. When the XP copy over 100 files from the server. It display "not enough memory", and stop.

Can anyone help me?

find the executable and right click > properties and allocate more conventional memory into it's environment - or maybe try compatability mode if available.
