XBSA not found

We use Legato 6.0.1 whit BusinesSuite Module for Lotus Notes
When we try to recover a notes database.
We get a messages "XBSA not found"
does any body no why?

I had also try to recover the database with the scanner command, :(

Please i need help.

Have you eliminated a simple path issue?

nsrnotessv.bat should contain something like PATH:c:\notes You would need to make sure that local environment PATH variable is set to include the same location.

Verify the Local "PATH" on the Lotus Notes client by typing PATH at the command prompt and make sure that the PATH is added same as shown in the nsrnotesv.bat file.
