Xandros and aha-15 6360 adaptec scsi host
I am Using a bootdisk made from the xandros cd for installing xandros.
Then it should start detecting my 2 scsi cdroms via the aha-15 6360 adaptec scsi host.
But this fails so i can't install xandros from CD.
I had exact the same problem with XP. I could boot from a bootdisk but
it could not find any cdroms in my system.
I had to copy xp on my harddisk and install from there.
This lead to an installation without cdrom drives. Then i had to MANUALLY
adjust the resources of the SCSI host controller.
setting I/O range and IRQ. I got this values from my woring DOS bootdisk.
Then XP woould recognize my 2 scsi cdroms and everything worked fine.
BUT now back to linux
Is there a way to tell LILO at boot time where it should look for
the 2 scsi cdroms? Just as i has to adjust the resources in XP
