X8 callier ID issue

Dear Friends

We are facing one issue which I explained below

External caller id is showing when call ringing in extension.
One its picked up it shows own sysptem pri trunk pilot number.

How to resolve this please guide me.

Do you mean it shows the trunk prefix?

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.
