x64 YA 4.1

Hi all,

I have just gone to install YA 4.1 on our x64 Citrix servers and got the following message...

"Product: Mitel Your Assistant 4.1 -- Mitel Your Assistant 4.1 is not currently supported on 64 bit versions of Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server or Vista. Installation will not continue."

Anyone know why this is the case, most software that is x86 will run in wow64 emulation fine and not usually complain like this!

Another problem I've had is with Citrix, period. IE with Citrix password mgmt loaded on an XP 32-bit machine you cannot access any Mitel Java-based application. Just plain won't work until we uninstall Citrix PWM.

Not entirely related though as this happens on any x64 machine ignoring Citrix.

I have YA working on my workstation under 64 bit Server 2008. Here is a link to the process I followed:

It is talking about another product but you can follow the same process changing ya.exe at the end.
