I'm sure you exchange techs have encountered this problem somewhere along your exchange life. I have a user who does not have an x400 entry under the E-mail address tab. I can create an SMTP line but cannot manually create an X400 entry.
There has been no changes to the DC's or the network for that matter... The recipient policy seems to be working well for the most part. It's only these sporadic instances where I am not confident of it.
