X400 and SMTP addresses not created (proxy addresses)

Hi all,

I've got a problem with my Exchange 2003 server. Since a few day's, when I create a new email box for a user, the email addresses are nog created anymore. As far as I know I didn't change anything on the server. It's a 'clean' server, so without any other software. I read about re-installing SP1 of Exchange 2003, but that didn't solve my problem. In the meanwhile I'm running SP2, but still no luck. Does anyone has an idea how to solve this?

I've done that a hundred times. No result. Also no error message in the event viewer. Only success messages.
