X3500 drivers for server 2011

We have a new x3500, actually a 7380-H2U. I was looking for drivers, firmware updates etc. on IBMs site. The only OSes listed are a cople of flavors of Linux and MS up to server 2008. I thought this was kinda strange and called IBM. They couldn't find anything either.

So, why are there no more recent OSes for this hardware? We run SBS 2011 and all necessary drivers were actually included on the MS install dvd. Are there no IBM supported drivers for this or are we supposed to use '2008' drivers or what?

SBS 2011 uses Windows 2008R2 as its core OS therefore the drivers for Windows 2008 would need to be installed on this server.
