x250's support legacy Cisco PoE Access Points?

I am trying to power my old Cisco Access Points that do not support the 802.3af standard (they are model 1121 of the Cisco AP's and they don't support 802.3af standard). Has anyone else run into this same problem? Is there a workaround with the Extreme Switches?
