X11 is not allowed ???

I just installed NG FP3. I have an application that uses x11. In the log file I get the following;

X11 is not allowed through services '*any'. To enable, create an earlier rule that explicitly allows X11.

I'm not sure how to deal with this please help

Setup a second rule with only x11 in it, then with your first rule narrow it to what you need, but don't have it with x11. We had the same problem.
