this is a T1 for LD only. All 24 channels show status of busy
no alarms in ld 60, sprint doesnt see the trunks as busy

this is what i got when i disl the loop

TFS402 8627 18 24 18 21 12

the sys messages states TFS402 means the call has been held for a long long time ...50CCS, any more information on this syntax will be helpful (the loop is 18)

it works fine for sometime/ and then goes to busy state
this is the trunk setup:(system in the US)

any body has seen anything like this? any help is appreciated

Trunk is a DID? Normally I see EM4 for TIE type trunks, How is you RDB for route 18 set up as TIE or DID? THe SIGL prompt is not normally there I think. MOst DTI trunks I see are normally R2 E1 for DID or T1 EM4 Tie trunks, so again takea look at your RDB for TIe -vs- DID

Not all T1s are DIDs. Is this an incoming service, or outbound long distance? If it is outbound long distance it will not work if programmed as a DID.

the trunk is bothway trunk ... we get DIDs on the trunk and make LD calls out

Have you tried EAM instead of EM4 on the signaling. EM4 is used for 4 wire channels and EAM is used for 2 wire channels. Has the route been working and then just stopped? Are you receiving calls in even though they show busy? Make sure the Trunk Group Busy on the 2250 console is not in make busy for this route

I have seen 2way DIDs used all the time for incoming and outgoing trunks. I am sure that the ICOG prompt in your RDB is set to IAO.

Other than that I see no problem with the programing.

it is a 4 wire EM confirmed that with sprint
they dont have a 2250 console at all ...
it is set to incoming and outgoing

when this happens no incoming and outgoing calls ...it overflows ...
to fix this just disable and enable the loop and it works fine for about 4/5 days

for once i saw the problem happening ...here is the ld 80 output for one pair of channels crossed up.
