X101 gets lock out of line 1? /vmail hg ?

I have a kxtd-1232 with vmail,it seems since we put the vmail on the system x101 and other ext#s can't get line 1.
They press the line and get icm tone.The line light is flashing green, if you press it you just get icm. tone,to fix we unplug the phone.I'm lost on this one!!!
My 2nd. problem is I can't get my vmail ext 15 to hunt to 16?

SECOND WHAT PORTS ARE CONNECTED?

sounds like the vm may be outdialing!
