i am going to installfreebsd stable and i want to run x window but i need to install mach64 x because i have a ati pro128 video card how do i install mach64 x

if you're using X 4.2 mach 64 is available as a driver for you to use. You simply designate the ati driver for use. For X version 3.3.6, you have to get the ati X server.
