x ported extension

I have a x ported, non-DID extension (2210)that is bridged to ported, DID extension (2110). Somehow, when you dial the 2210 extension it is on forward and goes to the attendant operator. How can I undo?

Find a phone with console permissions (or the console itself) dial the FAC for unforwarding and the extension (2210).

Status the x-ported station. It should show if it's forwarded. If not, the extension is following the Coverage Path assigned.
