Hello
I have an exchange 2000 server that collects mail via a pop collector. The pop setup is a global account postmaster@domain.com.
The problem is that when an external email is collected and sent to 100 aliases each user gets 100 copies of that email.
I have spoken to my isp about this and they say that when each email comes into the system the x header is modified to become postmaster then once in the mail system it is delivered to that alias.
Ok so now I know what the problem is i need to find out how to modify exchange to manage this - can anyone help.
Thanks in advance to anyone who is reading this and can help
Paul
