Hi All,

I have a Chart that is embedded in an ACCESS Report. It shows all the values fine. But the X-axis LABEL only shows every other value. For e.g.
RecordID Count
ABC 3
XYZ 4
DEF 5

The chart plots all the values 3,4,5. But x-axis label only shows ABC and DEF (see below - "X" is data point)
5 X
4 X
3 X
2
1__________________________________
ABC DEF

How do I get it to show "XYZ" in the label. Note I did changed all the 3 options under "Scale" to 1.

Please help.

Thanks,
RJ

How are ya RiderJohn . . .

Indications are that the [blue]width of the chart is too short/tight to show all values[/blue]. Perhaps the following will do:
[ol][li]Set the alignment of the X-axis labels to 45 degrees.[/li]
[li]Increase the width of the chart.[/li][/ol]

Also, select the category axis and view the Scale tab. Change the Number of categories between tic-mark labels.

Skip,

Small Medium at Large[tongue]

Thank you Aceman and Skip ..... not sure which one did the trick. But problem is resolved! - I tinkered with the formatting and the "scale" tab.

When I logged out and relogged into the database it worked.

Thanks,
RJ
