x & y locator

Hi!
I came across so many of these before and now i that i need one i can t fine it.
Do you know what i mean.
I need to place a swf file in a specific location on the flash page and I need one of these.

umm, kinda vague... do you mean you need to identify the x & y location where you wish to place the object.. for instance a user has the mouse somewhere & that's where you want the movie to show up? Please explain a little further
