x.400 connector

I want to install a x.400 connector in for connecting my site to another site. However, I am not able to install the tcp/ip mta transport stack as no such option exists under ms exhange administrator | file | new other | new mta transport stack. Only ras mta transport stack is visible under it.
What is the reason. Please help. My system is windows nt 4.0 sp 3 and exchange 5.5 with no service packs.

I read somewhere that:
Exchange 5.5 standard doesn't has X400.
You need to install it from a separate disk or from the Enterprise version.
Apply Exchange SP after installation.
