X.25 - Is this included on AIX 433 BOS?

I don't know where to get them but they are not on the 4.3.3 or 5.1 disks, nor the 5.1 Bonus or Expansion pack, nor the Toolbox for Linux Apps. IBM Certified -- AIX 4.3 Obfuscation

found out that the the lpp required is 'sx25' and is an additional fileset that is purchased separately from the AIX bas operating system.
