WYSIWYG RichText Editor

Hi, I need to develop (or buy) a WYSIWYG editor to run on a browser to create documents to be printed locally just like a wordprocessor with the ability to have customisable page headers and footers, print preview, merge fields etc.

I've tried looking at products like EditWorksPro and RichText, these are great for creating content to be published on a website, but are rubbish for printing locally. Anybody got any ideas that might help?

Have you done a search on RTF at aspin.com ?
It's a great place to find just about anything.
