Is there any way that you can turn the control break off so that when the Wyse terminal fails the Sun box does not panic?

If you have a Sun system that has a key, you can turn the key to secure. This will insure if a the terminal is power
cycled or a break is sent the system will continue to HUM.

If you don't have the above feature then there is a file
/etc/default/kbd. You can edit this file. Do a man on kbd.

I prefer the secure key. If you need to send a break all you have to do is to turn the key to the non-secure position.

thanks for the tip, I will give it a try.
