I have installed the SCO Openserver 5.0.7. I used the Wyse 55es to login to the server through the Perle SX/PCI host card and the SX/DC8 serial adapter. My problem now is I would like to send the print job via the printer which connected to the parallel port of Wyse55es terminal. When I issue command lprint, It gave me the error message "terminal doesn't support local printer". I have no problem for sending the print through the printer connected to the serial adapter.

Please advice

Thank you

Is there a setting in the Wyse that tells it which port to use for local print?
Earlier Wyse terminals required you to go into setup and make the change if you were going to different ports.
