WYSE Link Max 900 unable to switch between P1 & P2

On a Prologix with Internal Audix we replaced a damaged WYSE link Max 900 (power unit failed) with an identical WYSE 900 unit. Definity is on COM port with straight thru cable and Audix is on Serial port with a Null Modem Cable. Prior to the failure everything worked fine so I don't believe it to be a cable/ connectivity issue.
The problem is we can LogIn to the Definity but cannot connect to the Audix by the CTRL + Enter function to switch from P1 to P2. Is there any type of settings on the WYSE unit
that must be configured?
I've searched Google on every string I can think of but can't find anything or any type of manuals.

There are a lot of settings that can be changed on those terminals including the sessions (ctrl+enter) and which com ports they use. I believe you access the settings screen by hitting ctrl+F1.

Turns out that is exactly what the problem was Wmainc. The serial port was not configured properly.
