WYSE 3350SE how to flash

OK have an outdated WYSE 3350SE that I need to upgrade. I downloaded all the stuff from Wyse but need laplink and a floppy drive for my note book and all that, stuff I just do not have.

In the configuration panel, there is FTp settings to download updates. Anyone know the way to set up this end and the FTP end for that to work?
