WXP Security Center cannot be changed?

Hi there,

WXPSP2 computer with SAVCE8 client. Whenver machine reboot, securiy center prompted computer at risk since no AV product, everytime I ticked the box 'I've an AV program that I'll monitor myself", but it never save.

This is the only machine have such problem, other machines don't have.

Wondering what's wrong with this machine & how can I set the seucrity center once & for all?
