Wxcel 2000 Error on close

This is the file responsible for the error. Does anybody know about this file? Whenever I close my Excel application I get an error message. This does not happen every time, maybe one on 6 times to be more precise. It does not seem to be doing any damage but is annoying just the same.

I know this is very vague but if anybody has any information on this dll or any clue to what my problem is I would be very thankfull.
