We have Merlin Magix and are using

ver 1.0. We are interested in the new release 1.5 of

but I cannot find anyone in Avaya (and I have tried several people including people that told me I had "come to the right place"--yeah, right) that knows anything about including a price. I bet they haven't sold many. Does anyone know anything about it? They keep talking about Intuity Audix--nothing about Merlin but the first version works. Are there different versions for different systems? Will the new one work with our system? How much is it? TIA for any help.

comes with the Merlin Messaging as part of the package i.e., free. It just lets you see what voice mails you have via a browser interface. Release 3 and above of Merlin Messaging has the "unified messaging" which allows the voice mails to come to the user's mailbox, a little more slicker than the
