Does anyone know if there is a newer version available that allows users to listen to messages via their pc. I see that the product associated with intuity and octel systems has this capability. We bought the system partially because of the web interface availability only to find it useless. (We hoped to have remote sales personell access voice mail via the internet/vpn)

I work with an Avaya Business Partner who says that there is such an animal, and have been asked to implement it on a recent installation, but have not yet seen the critter
