What is " and where do I get it? I downloaded the user guide from the Avaya web site, but it doesn't give any specifics about where to obtain it or how to install it. How does it interface with the Partner and Partner Messaging? Thanks in advance.

It's built into Partner Messaging. Set an IP address in the Messaging, connect it to your network, launch your web browser, and put the IP address in the address bar.
