Yes, its been kind of annoying, not being able to get to it.... Wish I had coped that website when I had a chance :)

Jay works with tier 3 in Denver. The site changed about 2 months ago, but you could still find the Avaya part with a little digging. Not sure if he got in trouble with work or what.

Hmmm, I was fortunate enough to anticipate this and copied the pages. It is good for quick reference but only contains the information I already have in the manuals.

 
It would seem that the pages that were download also require a logon now,pity

I hate will's there are always other relatives around
 
That site has not been updated for at least 2 years. Of course Avaya shut it down, basic even simple issues was all that site covered. Avaya was losing free money to it..
