We have registered a domain name of When someone enters the URL for it automatically redirects to that long name. Sometimes it does not work and the only way we can enter the site is to put in the long name. Some of the people have MACs, some have XP, and some have 98 that are accessing the web site. How do we meake this redirect more consistant?
