Hi all.

I am currently an ACA certified Avaya IP Office Tech and our boss is making us do all exams for the ACM before we can do the hands on course. My question to you is me and a collegue were following the Implement Simplex courses. I know there were some changes and every time I click on the communications manager map it throws me to the acm ACA page which already has my external exam listed and I have just completed the other it lists.
Is this it? Am I know ACM ACA or am I missing some thing.
