wWindows 98 /Plustec scanner error

Ever since I loaded win 98 upgrade, I have been having problems with my Plustec 9630p scanner. In one of my applications the scanner will pre-scan but when asked to scan, the error Twunk_32 happens and looks up. <br>

Anyone with info would be very helpful.<br>

Go to Plustek website (plustek.com), their techsupport is really good. They have Q&A on OpticPro 9630p too.
