WUS and Windows protection errors

Hi All
We have put WUS server in.
A few of our win2k machines after restart are coming up with windows protection errors.

On one machine put Win2k disk in machine when it asked and that made it happy for a couple of hours but it is complaining again.
Any ideas what best course is from here.
