WU-FTP user access problem on Linux.

I from strange reasons can not upload renamw, do anything to my file in my wu-ftpd. This is my ftpaccess file content.

class all real,guest,anonymous *



email root@localhost

message /welcome.msg login

tar yes all
chmod no anonymous
delete no anonymous
overwrite no anonymous

Check is the permissions of the FTP directory?

Is this directory part of a specific group?

The user's home dir is 711, and everything under public_html is own by him and his user group.
