WU-FTP 2.6.1 and AIX 5.2

I am trying to run wu-ftp 2.6.1. on an AIX 5.2 box. THe chroot jail works etc. However I am having an issue with the ls -lrt and dir commands. When I execupe these commands I get a message saying /bin/ls -lrt: Not enough space.

I have copied the libraries and the new verion of ls and pwd to the users home directory. I am unable to do these commands as root either.

Has anyone seen this before??
