We have a strange problem on our W2K Terminal Server. We have created porfiles for about 30 users. Some off the profiles have a windows directory, other do not. What the main problem is that in Word/Excel etc when you click Send to Mail receipient as attachment the option is in the list but greyed out for some of our users. This doesn't matter what access rights they have as a Domain Admin has the same problem. The version of Office is XP and the service Pack on the server is SP2.
