WSUS Self-Update

I have started with a clean Windows 2003 Server R2 and installed IIS, ASP.NET, .Net Framework 2.0 and WSUS 3.0 SP1. I chose to install WSUS on to the alternate port (8530). After installing WSUS, I ran the "installselfupdateonport80.vbs" script in C:\Program Files\Update Services\setup - I then ran WSUS and ran through the wizard that gets updates etc.

I then ran the wsusutil.exe checkhealth and a event error came up in the logs saying "Self-Update is not working". I have gone through all of the FAQ's and checked all the IIS settings and they are all correct.

Any ideas?

The event error is "Self-update is not working". That is all, nothing else.
