We're having a little trouble with windows updating running when users log on in the morning. It seems to do a full WSUS scan when they boot slowing down everything else.
Here are our GPO settings
Check for updates every 22 hours
Configure auto updating - 4 auto download and schedule the install
0 - every day
12:00 oclock
Wait the following period before restart - 30
Target group - WSUS_Desktops
No auto restart for auto updates - enable
re-prompt for restare with scheduled installs - enable
wait the following period before prompting again for scheduled restart - 900
Reschedule auto updates for scheduled installs - wait after startup 30
Specify intranet WSUS server - set the intranet update service for detecting updates - SERVERNAME
set the intranet statistics server - SERVERNAME
Is there any way I can delay the scan after bootup?
What are you guys doing?
