WSUS - removing product, does not remove updates?

In WSUS 3, I removed some products I previously selected (for example I no longer have Windows 2000 clients, so I removed that product), but the updates that were already synchronized for that product still remain in the list. Is there any way to clear them out of WSUS to reduce the clutter?

There is an option to clean up it's database...forget exactly where it's at but it's pretty clear what it is.
