WSUS clients not seeing updates on server

They can see the server and they are reporting to the server as specified.. we can see them on the server and all of their updates have been approved to be rolled out but they arent getting there...

the log says there are no updates.. even though I know there is... I've double checked the share rights on the server and everything looks ok...

anyone have any ideas or see anything?

What happens if you go to a machine and go to windows update.

In the WSUS screen, does it say the computers have updates to install?
