Hi
I've created a shared Notebook in a library on Sharepoint Services (Small Business Server 2003)...it works just fine from all XP workstations.
Trying to open the shared notebook from Vista returns the following in OneNote 2007:
'OneNote cannot find the file specified'
And after clicking OK
'Your request cannot be completed because the service cannot be found or did not respond. The service might be experiencing technical difficulties or you may need to adjust your network settings.'
Having googled it, it turns out quite a few people experience this problem.
The only bit of advice I could find so far was:
'If your Sharepoint site uses Basic Authentication then you must use https:// for the URL path'
I am not sure whether this is the solution...but how would I enable https anyway?
I've got Office 2007 SP1 installed and Vista SP1 and the the user has permission to create/edit etc.
The same user logged in from XP works fine;
Any advice?
Regards
