In rel. 4.1 there is a wizard which might help you in a more easy way to activate the web-portal. We have a working web-portal installed through cli.
First you have to created a key-pair, once created you need build an certificate. When you connect to the specific ssid (related to the web-portal) you will be redirected to the portal in the WSS2380.
